Benjamin L. Jacobson, MD is a board certified adult psychiatrist trained in General Psychiatry at Brown University.  Dr. Jacobson graduated with honors in the Program in Human Biology at Stanford University.  He attended medical school at the University of Illinois where he studied medicine and cognitive neuroscience as part of the Medical Scholars Program.  During this time, he earned his Masters degree in psychology at University of Colorado.  Dr. Jacobson served as an associate attending at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital and most recently as the Medical Director for Adult Programs at Compass Health in Northbrook, IL.  

 

Dr. Jacobson founded the Bridge Center for Mental Health with the goal of creating a unique healing space to provide comprehensive psychiatric care for his patients.
