SMS Messaging Privacy Policy

SMS messaging will be used for the purpose of scheduling appointments.  All communications using messaging are on an individual basis and there will be no mass communications. The option to opt in to SMS messaging is discussed verbally either in person or by phone.  No information regarding decision to opt in from mobile messaging will be shared commercially or with any other companies. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only and that data is protected using encryption. Messaging Terms and Conditions (effective date 2/1/2025)

By opting in to receive SMS messages from The Bridge Center for Mental Health PLLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

 

SMS Messaging Service

 

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from The Bridge Center for Mental Health for confirming and scheduling appointments.  Message and Data Rates may apply.

 

Message Frequency

 

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive up to 4 messages per

month.  These message will never include mass communications.  The Bridge Center for Mental Health reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to The Bridge Center for Mental Health and carriers are not liable for increase or decrease the total number of messages, delays or undelivered messages.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed.
